Full-Time Employees

Shall work on regular basis for at least 40 hours per week. They are
eligible for all employer sponsored benefits as decided by the management
Part-Time Employees
Employees
Shall work on regular basis for at least 20 hours per week. Their
eligibility on employer sponsored benefits lies at the discretion of the management
On-Call Employees
Employees
Shall work only as needed and as called in. On-call employees are not
eligible for any employer-sponsored benefits.
Temporary Employees
Employees
Who hold jobs of limited duration arising out of
special projects, seasonal needs, abnormal workloads or emergencies. They are not eligible
for any employer-sponsored benefits.
